Mid-term Move–Out 중도 퇴사 안내

Residents who want to move-out during the Semester or the Vacation could apply for the Mid-term Move-out to get the remained dormitory fee back(In a certain condition).
(* Residents who do the mid-term move-out could not enter the dormitory for the next semester.)
생활관에서 중도 퇴사를 희망하시는 관생은 중도퇴사 신청을 통하여 일정 조건 하에 잔여 생활관비를 환불받을 수 있습니다.
(* 단, 중도퇴사자의 경우 차학기 생활관 입사가 제한됩니다.)

Procedure of refund 환불절차

    Visit Residence Hall Administration Team
    - Fill out mid-term move-out application form
    - Submit copy of the bank account

    학생생활관 행정팀 방문
    - 중도퇴사원서 작성
    - 통장 사본 제출

    Get a refund according to the rate of refund policy
    View Refund Policy
    Refund immediately after move-out the room through the refund process.

    퇴사 후 즉시 환불절차를 거쳐 환불

    2. Get Room Inspeciton from RA
    3. Leave the dorm

    1. 호실 청소
    2. 생활지도조교 호실 점검
    3. 퇴사
