Refund Policy 환불규정

정규입사 [학기] or [학기+방학] 생활관비 납부자 중 입사포기․중도퇴사․강제퇴사 시 학생생활관에서 지정한 개관일(입사개시일)을 기준으로 한 생활관비 환불기준에 따라 생활관비를 환불하며, 파손 및 분실이 있을 경우 해당금액을 공제함
Students who have paid the regular admission fee will be refunded according to the refund criteria based on the opening date of the dormitory, and the amount will be deducted if there is damage or loss.

◾환불기준일 Refund criteria

① 개관일(입사개시일) : 실제 입사여부와 상관없이 학생생활관에서 지정하는 개관일(입사개시일)을 기준으로 함
① Move-In Start Date : Based on the official opening date designated by the residence hall administrative team
② 입사포기(신청일 기준): 학생생활관 행정팀에 입사포기를 신청한 후, 신청서를 제출한 날짜
② Withdrawal of move-in : After applying for a withdrawal of move-in, the date of submission of the application (submit application form via team email)
③ 중도퇴사 및 강제퇴사(퇴사일 기준): 행정팀에 직접 방문하여 신청한 후, 퇴사하는 날짜
③ Mid-term move-out and forced move-out : Based on the date of leaving the student dormitory after visiting the administrative team

◾ 생활관비 환불금액은 입사포기 신청일 or 퇴사일 이후 14일 이내 환불
◾ Refund will be made 2 weeks after move-out application is made.

You may see the refund policy as below (Refund policy for scholarship students are different.)
It will take additional time for overseas bank refunds.

◾ 유의사항 Precautions

① 개관일(입사개시일)부터 중도퇴사로 인하여 생활관비를 환불받는 경우 다음 학기 입사신청이 제한됨
① Mid-term Move-out will be restricted to applying next semester application
- 단, 입대휴학(입영통지서), 병가휴학(종합병원에서 발급한 4주 이상의 진단서)의 경우에 한하여 예외 인정
Exception : take off semester because of enlistment (notice of enlistment) , disease (a medical certificate issued by a general hospital for more than four weeks)
② 입사포기․중도퇴사 신청 후 취소 불가능
② After applying withdrawal of move-in , mid-way move-out, can not take it back

◾방학연장 환불기준 : 정규입사 [학기] 거주자 중 여름학기/겨울학기 방학연장 신청 후 방학연장 생활관비를 납부한 경우에만 적용됨

Vacation Extension Refund Standards : Applied only to regular semester residents who paid the management fee after applying for a summer/winter vacation extension.

1. 정규입사 [학기+방학] 거주자가 여름학기/겨울학기 방학기간에 거주를 포기하는 경우는 정규입사 중도퇴사의 생활관비 환불기준이 적용됨
If residents for [Semester + Vacation] forfeit residency during the summer/winter break, the refund standards for regular mid-term move-out will apply.

2. [방학(1개월)] or [방학(2개월)] 생활관비 납부자 중 연장포기․중도퇴사․강제퇴사 시 학생생활관에서 지정한 연장시작일을 기준으로 한 생활관비 환불기준에 따라 생활관비를 환불하며, 기물파손 및 분실이 있을 경우 해당금액을 공제함
For those who paid for [Vacation (1 Month)] or [Vacation (2 Months)], refunds for withdrawal, mid-term, or forced move-out are processed based on the extension start date designated by the dormitory; costs for property damage or loss will be deducted.

학생생활관 행정팀 방문(통장사본 지참) -> 중도퇴사원서 작성

◾유의사항 Precautions

1. 입사포기/중도퇴사/강제퇴사의 경우 차 학기 입사가 불가능합니다. (입사포기․중도퇴사 신청 후 취소 불가능)
For Residents who did the waiver of accommodation / mid-term move-out/ compulsory move-out, it is prohibited to be assigned to the dormitory for next semester. (After applying withdrawal of move-in, mid-way move-out, can not take it back)

2. 환불은 퇴사신청 시점으로부터 2주 이내에 진행되며, 환불기준은 아래와 같습니다. (장학생의 경우 별도 환불기준 적용) 해외은행 환불의 경우 추가 시간이 소요됩니다.
Refund will be made 2 weeks after move-out application is made. You may see the refund policy as below(This policy may not be applied for Scholarship Residents). It will take additional time for overseas bank refunds.
