학생생활관에서는 관생의 편의와 안전을 위하여 정기 및 수시 호실점검을 진행합니다.

Irregular Inspection 수시점검

Residential Assistant may entering the dormitory occasionally and hold the inspection according to the regulation.

거주 기간 내에 각 건물 담당 조교가 임의로 호실을 방문할 수 있으며, 생활수칙에 의거하여 호실점검을 진행합니다.

Regular Room Inspection 정기호실점검

Regular Inspection is held once a month.
Inspection will be held according to the regulation.

입,퇴사 시기를 포함하여 월 1회 진행되는 점검으로, 조교가 호실 내에 진입하여 생활 수칙에 의거하여 호실점검을 진행합니다.

  • Regular Room Inspection : twice during semester , once during vacation
  • Irregular Inspection
      ① If residents living nearby complain about your room
      ② When it is needed for an inspection
      ③ When you Check-in or Check-out or move to another room.
  • 정기호실점검 : 학기 중 2회, 방학 중 1회 실시
  • 특별호실점검
     ① 주변 호실 또는 호실 내 민원이 발생하는 경우
     ② 순찰 중 필요하다고 판단될 경우
     ③ 입퇴사 or 호실이동 시

  • Residents should be in the room when room inspection is conducted. However, it might be difficult for each resident to stay in the room on the room inspection date. For your convenience, room inspection will proceed as follows :
     ① Room inspection date and inspection details will be put up on the bulletin board in advance.
     ② Room Inspection will be conducted on the designated date.
     ③ Residential Assistant will inspect your room including items and condition of your room based on the Residence Hall Regulation and the status of the room(e.g. cleanliness)
      (Even when the residents are not in the room, the inspection will still be conducted.)
     ④ Residence Hall will inform the residents about the penalty point if the residents violate the Residence Hall Regulation.
  • 호실점검 시 입사자가 재실한 상태에서 실시하는 것이 원칙이나, 학생생활관에서 지정하는 호실점검 일시에 입사자가 모두 호실에서 대기하는 것이 현실적으로 불가능하므로 입사자의 편의를 위하여 아래와 같은 절차로 호실점검을 진행함
     ① 학생생활관 홈페이지 공지사항에 정기 호실점검 실시 안내문 공지
      - 점검기간, 점검방법 및 점검내용 공지
     ② 공지된 점검기간 중 점검 실시
     ③ 생활지도조교가 각 호실을 직접 방문하여 호실 내 모든 물품 확인 및 호실 상태 점검(입사자가 부재중인 경우에도 호실에 출입하여 점검 실시)
     ④ 생활수칙 위반 사항에 대하여 벌점기준표에 따라 벌점 부과 및 벌점부과여부 안내
