1. 입사포기/중도퇴사/강제퇴사의 경우 차 학기 입사가 불가능합니다.
For Residents who did the cancellation or mid-way/compulsory check-out, it is prohibited to be assigned to the dormitory for next semester.

2. 환불신청 절차 Check out Process
학생생활관 행정팀 방문(통장사본 지참) -> 중도퇴사원서 작성
Visit Residence Hall Administration Team With a copy of your bank book -> Fill out Mid-way Check out Application form

3. 환불은 퇴사신청 시점으로부터 2-3주 이내에 진행되며, 환불기준은 아래와 같습니다(장학생의 경우 별도 환불기준 적용)
Refund will be made 2-3 weeks after check-out application is made. You may see the refund policy as below(This policy may not be applied for Scholarship Residents).
